CHANGED FREEBIE INFO: Free Starbucks coffee to ANYONE. They started getting worried about violation of elections laws (coffee being a bribe for votes), so you no longer have to show your "I Voted" sticker. I've already had like 4 free cups today. Best is to ask them if they are giving out free coffee BEFORE you order. All you white kids look alike when you're still covered in baby fat, so I was getting bored with the non-stop WASP parade.
  2.
    ^yeah honor system!

a few of my JP-based friends said they didn't have the "I Voted" stickers at their polling places anyway.

i'm just sad there was no candy at mine. sad fat kid.DFL and DTF :D:D:D:D

I got my free coffee before i voted. I didn't vote until late because I had to take the train to RI after classes to go vote because I missed my request for an absentee ballot cutoff date. So while still in town I just stopped in with my girlfriend (who had voted) and they were asking people if they had voted today so we both just said yes.

Sadly, because of all my running around, that was my only freebie of the day.Hey, aren't you a dinosaur?

^does it say anything more than strathmore?
  10.
yes there are different kinds. there is barely a third of what was in there before, apparently this stuff was the most valuable and survived the previous liquidation. To be honest I can't say for sure what types there are, I have demolished more than 60 cubic yards of peoples stuff in the last week so everything looks like trash to me.

also there is a huge plastic bin of bdsm porn you can have for your trouble.oppinions like kittens

    vhs dvd or magazine?
  11.
magazines, all the vhs went to porn heaven. still, barely a third of what was there, I shoveled porn into trash barrels for the better part of an hour the other day.

people are always leaving junk in the stairwell with a free sign, so I left:

    1 leather boot
    1 wig
    1 leopard print somethingorother
1 penis sheath on the end of..
1 bottle of sparkling grape juice
    1 ball gag
    1 opened bag of depends
    1 leather ballsack thingie

with a free sign, and the next day there were only the depends and the boot. I should be posting this in the accomplishments tread.oppinions like kittens

REI is giving away gift cards (randomly between $5 and $100) to the 400 customers at each store today. I left the Reading store at 9 and there were still 200-300 left. And a friend just went and said there was even still a ton left. You don't have to use it today, but if your a member you get 20% off one item between now and Dec 1st.

I got a $25, so with the 20% off that brings a Park Pro truing stand to just <$125... I'm tempted...

Nov 28 11:38 Update: Sister just stopped by (got $5) and the last freebie was taken while she was there.

    Hey Everyone,

Economic conditions don't change in a week. (It's like trying to change our grill guy Ednilson's style of dress. It takes time, disturbing customer facial expressions, and conversations with your employer for a guy to understand that he shouldn't feel the need to constantly suck in his stomach and roll his sleeves above his shoulders while working on a grill.)

Yes, economic recovery (like correcting a grown man's fashion sense) takes way longer than seven days.

Since we want to do our part and since we had such a good showing last week, we've decided to run last week's promotion for a MONTH in our Brookline restaurant. (Once again, we've searched through our family and only sent this to our kinfolk who live in Brookline, Allston, and Brighton.)

So, that means we'll be cooking up $5 meals for our Brookline family every Monday and Tuesday all February long.

To eat your burger (beef, turkey, veggie, or chicken sandwich), fries (or sweet potato fries), and drink for $5, just visit us anytime today and tomorrow (AND EVERY MONDAY AND TUESDAY IN FEBRUARY) and tell us you're family.

And unlike usual events that are family-only, we'd love it if you brought along your friends and family. (As long as one of our own is in the group and tells us they're kin, everybody eats for 5 bucks each.)

Like last week, violators who don't know the password are subject to paying full price and subject to crazy Jardel. But, this month, they're also subject to Marco, our Brookline delivery driver. Marco isn't just the best there is at navigating the roads to your homes and offices, he also wore jean shorts, tube socks, and a t-shirt every single day this January (even in the snow storms). Every Monday and Tuesday in February, Marco and his maroon GEO Prism will be trolling the streets of Brookline, Brighton, and Allston for any deadbeats who try to take advantage of our love for family.

As always, if you know anyone who likes starting their week by eating "real" food for $5 or anyone else who wants to be loved like family, forward this and tell them to join ours at bgood.com.

    Anthony & Jon

    http://www.cnn.com/2009/US/02/03/dennys.grand.slam/index.html

(CNN) -- Denny's restaurants across North America were jammed Tuesday with patrons hungry to take advantage of the restaurant chain's Grand Slam breakfast giveaway.

Denny's announced in a commercial Sunday during the Super Bowl that it would give away its signature breakfast from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. local time Tuesday at all its restaurants in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Media outlets reported customers lined up outside the doors of many of Denny's 1,500 locations.

Some patrons were still wearing their pajamas and slippers, and strangers were crowding together into booths, CNN affiliate KSL-TV in Salt Lake City, Utah, reported.

"You couldn't beat it. I mean it was a beautiful, beautiful breakfast. It was fit for a queen or a king," diner Annah Shoffner told CNN affiliate WNCN-TV in Raleigh, North Carolina.sports!
