   she can work a checkpoint. it's an alleycat, it's not like she'll be able to stand around and watch you race. unless they've changed the plan and are having a davis sq crit, but that doesn't seem too safe in this weather. or she could ride too?
   
   don't know if i care to join in yet. my frostbite from the midnight snow race is finally starting to peel and heal up, i'm not sure if i'm ready for more damage yet. :)

    Snow Race and New Years Eve Loft Party w/ DJ Mayhem
    
    We are throwing down another last minute Snow race party tonight to celebrate the New Year and the awesome addition of snow to our Urban Landscape. The race will Start at 10pm at the Loft (3 Tannery Brook Row Somerville MA) and be crit style with 4 laps within Davis Square. $5 to enter and Cambridge Bicycle has Donated a set of Gold Velocity Deep V's to the winner and there will be other prizes for 2nd and 3rd as well as give aways at the party. After the Race the Party gets started in the loft upstairs and another $5 gets you all the Redbull and Vodka you can drink (unless it runs out.) Music will be provided by DJ Mayhem so be prepared! If you don't like vodka Redbull or you want to pop champagne like you won a championship game at midnight we suggest you bring your own alcohol! So all you people that were bummed that you missed the last snow race here is your chance to see what all the talk was about, so tell your friends and be there at 10pm for the Best event of the year!!!

    Keep your eyes open for events in the new year - and also - make your appreciation for Cambridge Bikes known by giving them some solid ratings online (google maps etc). Its not many bike shops that will put up a 350 dollar wheelset for a race with 10 participants!
