^ where at? But I'm not really looking to move twice.

    and I'm in need
Looking for a room around 500, no more than 525 a month. (+ util.) ((any amount less than 500 is fine too)) to live in from Sept 1 (or Aug 1) . Looking to stay for the fall til Jan, and if I dont do my NU Coop in Boston, I'll have to find a sublettor for the Spring.

No cats or dogs, allergies suck. But I have a hamster. having room for 4 bikes would be nice too. Full sized bed + desk.

    Ummmm Karl..... hi!

    Hey all,
I was hoping it wouldnt come down to this very public cry for help but I am in dire straights trying to find a place to live by 9/1. Yes, I am aware that this is the dumbest time to even think about moving, but the situation where I am now is grim to say the least, so I am out like it or not at the end of the month. No, I am not being evicted, but my landlady does think she is a gangster.
I was hoping to find a place in either JP or Cambridge and have a looked at so many that my eyes are going to bleed. If you know of anyone looking for a roomate in those areas shoot me an email on here. Hoping to find something in the 400-600 range.

    Thanks

SO, I have been living in the same spot in lower allston for 2 years now, and i planned on staying for the third, But I went home for new york yesterday, and today i got a call for someone who moved in my house this year saying "we found someone to take your room" after i said i was staying, so now it is august 19, and i am left with no where to live no where to start and no money for a broker fee. I am too furiated to read through these right now, but if anyone has a spot around 4-600 a month, in the cambridge/allston/jp area, I dont have much stuff some bikes and clothing really; I work 5 days a week at the otherside and intern 2 days aweek so im not even around that much. please please please please let me know as soon as possible if anyone has anything. My aim is: papabear51666, and my number is 516-554-7165.

I am moving into an artist live/work space on October 1st. My roomate is going to stay in our current apartment—and since I am leaving—he needs a new roomate. I thought I'd do my part by helping him find someone. If you or anyone you know is interested please shoot me an email: chrispiascik at gmail dot com

    DETAILS:
Address: 73 Fifth Street, Cambridge, MA (3rd floor)
Rent will be $650 (half of $1300 total rent)
The apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is somehow close to everything. The Museum of Science is right down the street. The T is only a few blocks away and getting into Boston takes only a few minutes.

The apartment is technically a 2 bedroom but it has a third room the size of another bedroom (we have been keeping our bikes in that room). There is also a large living room and kitchen (and bathroom).chrispiascik.com

I'm after a nice place to live, ASAP. Hit me up if y'all know of a room available (near OPEN / Union Sq. would be nice). I fix bikes and read and do other things, etc.

Also, NEED/HAVE HOUSING thread, I apologise in advance if my making a simple request here means that you will turn into a troll-haunted, flame-ridden, and fat-kid-with-fat-kid-syndrome-inhabited thread obliquely regarding furry porn and overtly revealing the deep, festering, half-hidden insecurities of some of its most vehement posters. I'm sorry, strong, light, cheap: pick two

so, you're saying that you have prejudices and wouldn't want to live with someone if they have a weight problem or sexual preferences that differ from yours? we're not all as different as you think, pussycat, except, i can spell. good luck with your business. i agree, fuck the haters.

hey, do you guys sell tools? i need to come by tommorow and buy a new crank puller. mine's had it. what time do you open tommorow? hey, remember that time i let you borrow some tools? maybe i can borrow some of yours? daddy's gotta build a bike.

    but actually, you can't.

Mephlehet: what time do you open tommorow?

there, your internet existence has been vindicated. do you have a room for rent? i don't hate on anyone except pipe smokers.

i'm not sure anyone makes an extraction tool sufficient for your crankiness. Also, Open is closed tomorrow, and every sunday. sorry.strong, light, cheap: pick two
  8.
so, is that a 'no'? you don't have a crank puller i can borrow?

and in answer to your query (i think), yeah, there is a room for rent. but i'm not sure you want to live there, since there are fat people with perverse sexual practices including smoking, and vocalized opinions. if that's alright, hit me up. you know where it is.

what time monday then? i will not be observing the sabbath, either way.
  9.
i actually like smoking, and have been know to dabble in sexual practices (the notion of perversity is highly subjective, and the internet is no place for such distinctions and opinions). as to this room, i actually don't know where it is. i don't think we have ever been introduced.

you, as well anyone else, is welcome to use all tools at open free of charge (normal shop policy) as long as you don't break them or steal them. hours are 10a-8p every day but sunday. saturday is sabbath, which i observe by fixing bikes and being grumpy (and today sick)

PS maxime bring the campy BB tool back puh-leeze.strong, light, cheap: pick two

CHECK THE INTRO SECTION 2 SEE MEE!

I'm ED. a 24 YO college grad. Would ideally want one room in a shared living situation - can be all dudes all women mixed - I dont discriminate. I'm living in Nahant right now with my family but I want to gtfo of here as soon as possible. I'm a great roommate, not too much bugs me if no one smokes butts inside, the bathroom isn't a cesspool and I don't have to be peoples housekeeper. I pitch in, I'd expect anyone else 2 do the same. I don't mind cig smokers long as they don't force me to deal w it. I save my lungs for better smoke feel mehh. I definitely enjoy a drink now and then. I'm looking to meet some friends too so this could be a good win win if anyone is looking for that just right roomie who ends up being a good friend too and fits right the flank in and can BBQ like a mawfugga whaaaat. hit me up.No consequence breeds no conscience

If anyone has a room available till New Years that they need rented out I would love to take it.

Shit i would take it out to dinner, take it to a movie, be polite to its parents. And then take it home and nail it.

only i am homeless so i don't have a home to take it back to, hence i need a room.

anyway, if you have an open room till new years I can go as high as 600 a month for it.

I'm moving 11/1, so my room is opening up. It's a collective house in Brighton Center, you'll be sharing a huge attic and have more space than you know what to do with. Plenty of room for bikes inside. We garden in our driveway (though it's the end of the season, if you made coldframes you could keep growing!). We just keep vegan food in the house, but you don't have to be vegan all the time.

    only $345. email pcannon09@gmail.com.

^^^ pete is my housemate now and he's moving out. So you'd be living with me and 4 others. The loft/attic that you'd be moving into would be shared with you and another 19yr/old male. Like pete said, your portion is $345. If you so desire, there is definitely space to fit 3 people into the attic. This would drop the rent by even more!
