If the main purpose of your club is charitable/philanthropic then I will give back 15%! That means if you rent an apartment with us for $4,000 your favorite club could receive up to $600! All you need to do is tell me the name of the club and I’ll take care of the rest.

If you could please forward this message to the members of your club I would really appreciate it and I think it’s a great opportunity for you as well! Please help me give back to the community and your club by renting with East Coast Realty.
Why do i post it here? My a cappella group is 600 dollars in debt and have very very few ways to raise money. It costs you nothing at all, and if you're interested, all you have to do is say a name. I dont give a shit about the realty company, my group just needs $$$$. We're a year old and short on members. We dont have enough cred to charge for concerts, or enough songs to record a CD.

Sublet my room in Somerville ( @ Eliot ST 02143 )
Really close to inman, union or porter. Stumbling distance from Razzy's
I've walked to harvard several times.
Central sq where my work is an easy 25 min walk or quick bus ride on the 83 route.

    Available May 1st.
1 Bedroom in 4 bedroom apartment.

    google maps link: http://is.gd/aUArR

Really nice apartment in Landlord owned house.
Big Living room and kitchen / dining room hard wood floors.
    Bedrooms are all carpeted.
2 of my roommates are musicians that I work with. The 3rd one works for the Red Sox.
Emeen has a sweet cat Sir Paul and Adam has a small puggle dog Falcor.

The Rent is $625 per month w/ $625 security deposit. It does not include utilities.
Now that heating season is over it should be negligible.
The landlord lets you put the bikes in the basement or in the front door there is a closet-like room that I store my daily ride in.
Laundry & dryer is free in the basement. Bring your own soap.

If you take the room for May, I will split May's Rent with you.
Including security deposit that's $925 due May 1st and you get to live out the lease until 9/1.

I'm moving down to Dorchester with my cousin who just moved back to Massachusetts
and is desperate to move out of his parents house and to stop commuting from Plymouth.

let me know if you'd like to see the place
I'll update some craigslist pictures after i take them.

Just trying to put it out there that I'm interested in moving. . . but only to an exceptional shared accommodation. Exceptional as in there is a compelling reason to live there, be it a functional communal environment, or beautiful home and location, or just awesome in some way. The point is, I'm not looking to slum it. (I hope you can tolerate my abuse of the comma.)

Because you make outrageous, uninformed statements and dress like rainbow brite.
But, you probably didn't do that when you were canvassing in the "hood."

okay, for all parties interested: i'm leaving boston in the fall and my room is opening up during the last week of august. i live in beautiful balls-to-the-wallston at harvard and comm. $515/mo, heat and hot water included, technically we are supposed to pay electricity. technically. my room comes fully furnished with a bunch of random furniture (full size bed, bookshelf, two sets of drawers, ikea wall hanging shoe thing, night table). honestly this is not a good place to live if you love hanging out in common areas, but for the price and location it has been worth it for me. let me know if you're interested and i'll get you in touch with the dude in charge of renting.

My place is less than 1000 (not going into specifics thx) with heat and I'm right in the middle of Central Square (like literally 3 minute walk to Mass Ave). But my place is special.

    Also Braintree is not hood.

FWIW: I think Allston is incredibly overpriced for what is around there, but that's mostly because BU students.
