robotbuilder:Just trying to put it out there that I'm interested in moving. . . but only to an exceptional shared accommodation. Exceptional as in there is a compelling reason to live there, be it a functional communal environment, or beautiful home and location, or just awesome in some way. The point is, I'm not looking to slum it. (I hope you can tolerate my abuse of the comma.)
    Regards,
    Joshua.Robot
FixedJocky:J.Robot - I have a dope spot in lower allston. Classy joint. 3 bedroom but I live alone at the moment. Hit me up.
This sounds like somethign I might enjoy.
I dont wanna pay more than 550 tho. But I dont care about cable/heat/anything really. as long as there's a laundry machine in the building. That's all I care about right now. my place does not, and the only 'mat in Lower Allston is $5 per wash. 25c/5min on the dryer. FUCK THIS SHIT.
Oh and I'd also like a basement. And a living room, but those arent required.

I'm ready to move out whenever. But my lease is up in september. (land lord is cool with me moving out sooner)

fmradio516:me and my roommate are looking for a place for September. lower allston prefer. heat included is preferred. <$600. wayyy less than 600 if heat isnt included.

i like this. And it's possible. Easy even. Especially if you're not renting "by the room".EPIC! Stratton: ^fwiw he did in fact have a map out.... ...while riding.... ...with no hands.... ..on fire*...

2 Bedroom, high ceilings, big kitchen, blah blah, etc. etc.

her email address is npsoncak@aol.com, message her with any questions

the rent is 1550/mo, so a dual move-in is recommended, however this price is semi-negotiable.

Are you talking about the one on Franklin St? I don't remember it being that expensive, but I only go there occasionally for big items as I have a small portable washing machine that hooks up to the kitchen sink...I thought that might be you! But there was no shimmy-shake so I couldn't be sure.

Ok so it's been a while since I posted anything but here goes. My awesome apt has two rooms open. One from May 15 on and one from September on. And my room is going to be open from May 15-August 31 since I'm gonna be gone all summer.

    About it:
Dog friendly, it's the whole 1st floor, porch, "yard", basement w/ storage and free washer and dryer, the rooms are effing big, the "living room" aka the Great Room is the size of a pea but who needs a living room? The kitchen is lovely and big enough to make the living room not necessary. Rent is a meager $425/month. It's on Norfolk St. between Suffolk and Mass Ave. Very close to Middle East.

I'm looking for responsible, fairly quiet non-house party at my house sorts of people. I'm a nerdy grad student so I need roommates that fit with that.

If you're interested in checking it out email me: jochalek@gmail.com

i have a place and need a roommate.

one bedroom room in cute apartment between uphams corner and everett sq. dorchester. (right at the end of mass. ave...near the giant pear) 10 minute bike ride to downtown boston. 2 miles from south end. 7 min walk to redline jfk/umass stop. 4.4 miles to Central Square. 2 miles from Umass Boston. plenty of on-street, non-permitted, parking. sunny 3rd floor with awesome back deck. kitchen, and living room. basement storage. wood floors. laundry included. 2 amazing cats are included and no others can join us. the apartment is well furnished (retro/50's/modern). the room is furnished but arrangements can be made to clear it if needed (though, this is not preferable)

Seeking queer friendly person who is: non-indoor-smoker, positively engaged in the world, able to pay bills on time. (vegetarian and 25+ preferred but both are flexible.) i'm 41, very busy, pretty quiet at home but not a monk, work hard and at home mostly right now, don't drink much, i really love the apartment and would like to find someone who fits well. $400-600/month. plus utilities (i'll explain the pricing) first/last/security required. available NOW. long term preferred...but i'd chose "awesome" over long term.

    here are some images: http://www.truthserum.org/images/apartment

the apartment is at the intersection of Sumner and Willis Streets in Dorchester 02125. please email apt (at) truthserum.orgwith "roommate" in the subject line and tell me about yourself. Thanks.

Ok, so this is kind of a weird request and I'm not sure how feasible it is but here it goes.

So, I'm looking for a place to stay with my gf Mid May (after classes let out) through the end of June...so July 1st probably. We're just going to be taking some classes and working until the end of June then leaving for a bike tour of the Southwest.

I know this is really short notice but our other plans (hanging up a hammock in a friend's basement for a month and a half) fell through.

Hook some fellow bikers up?unstuck in time

Still have two rooms in a SWEET third floor condo in Lower Allston. Deck overlooking the city, washer dryer, dishwasher, bike shop in the basement, off street parking, private yard, all the good stuff.

$700 and $600 depending on room. No bills included.aka BikeNinja - Always wear protection.

    Dear internet,

I am likely moving either this summer or Sep. I am looking for possible places or individuals up for awesomeness.

    1) Pet friendly. I have kitty and am looking at adopting a dog. Duh, I would do all the work.
    2) I like sleep (sometimes) so if you are the drummer in a speedmetal band and you practice in the room next to my bed this won't work out. Ironically, I like speedmetal so I still think you're cool even though we can't be roommates.
3)I cook and bake all the time. You will likely end up very well fed.

I'm moving to JP at the end of this month so my current room in slumberville will be available. The room itself is nice and spacious and my roommates are all 20-somethings that generally keep to themselves.
    AVAILABLE STARTING JUNE 1ST

1 Room in a 4-br 1-bath apartment will be available for occupancy starting June 1st. The room is the largest and most temperate of all the rooms (includes 2 radiators and in-wall AC unit, too) as well as a spacious closet.
We are laid back 20-somethings of mixed gender who get a little rowdy every now and then but are generally pretty easy-going. We'd love to have YOU as our fourth roommate in sleepy Somerville!

    About the apt:
    small rear-facing deck
    hardwood floors
    gas range/oven
    dishwasher
    garbage disposal
laundromat is less than a block down the street
within easy walking distance of red line/porter/davis sq
    cable internet and television
    nice, quiet neighborhood
    basement storage

Rent is month to month, no lease. Rent is $500/month and combined utilities less than $100/month. There will be a $500 security deposit in addition to the first months rent due at move-in.

And some pics (plenty of bike space as you can see :D)

and as long as it has a living room and a washer/dryer (paid or not) i dont care.

/actually zev, do take time to think about it. i'd rather have someone think about it for a while than have someone say yes and then back out in july. you can come check it out if you want. forum member lissaandy used to live in my room. forum member unit also lives in the apartment, though i don't know if he's moving out in september.

also, unit has a cat. it is nice. i do not know if you are allergic. i am very much so, but for some reason am not allergic to this one. tinyhonkshus also has not broken into hives around it. your mileage may vary.

also also, one of the housemates is a handyman, has a shop in the basement, and will loan you any tool or find you any little metal bit on the face of this planet.
