I’ve been wearing a ski turtle neck thing, but it’s getting warmer so I’ll probably have to make make a lighter weight cloth one soon. I meant sincere good luck with the masks, not sarcastic, haha.

Yeah I saw those around when I was Christmas shopping last year. The fleece Turtle Fur ones like the one I’m still using from back in the day are also still available I guess.

neck gaiters are a standard accessory for me for most of the year because I hate when my neck is cold, but they also don't stay on my face consistently without frequent rearranging so I should probably get some dedicated masks :/

every day I am so grateful that I have laundry in my house"life is hard, cats are soft." - surprisefries

^word re: laundry, I'm really lucky that in the 5 places I've lived here, I've always had in-building or even in-unit machines.

I should get some more gaiters but most of them are too thick for me and I overheat. What I really want is a balaclava but without the top head cover. I got a nice smartwool balaclava like 10 years ago and I've worn it probably 5 times because it's too hot.DFL and DTF :D:D:D:D

Extra street cred awarded for the IRO frameset, lol.

I always wonder about these contraptions that incorporate bike storage into furniture. Are you actually riding that thing? I would not want my dirty ass bike hanging off that white metal.Worstcase I'll just zip tie on a seat... but i'd rather not. —Zev (who else)

It's a bike hook for your desk at work. That bike is straight outta the mid-late aughts, black with ano deep v's, risers with a little sweep, nobr akes.

My friend who sent it to me said it's pretty common in CA (at least SF/bay area, from his experience) for people to bring their bikes in bc there either aren't racks downstairs or they're abysmal.DFL and DTF :D:D:D:D

i mean i don't know how that office is arranged, but that totally feels more in the way than stuffed in a corner to me! also, wow what a sad desk. DRAWERS FOR STUFF PLZThat may be my favorite DQ of all time - nerdo

Haha the cabinet attached to my new(ish) desk at work is a joke, you can put a few binders in there but there's no actual drawer. I insisted on keeping the file cabinet from my old desk too, but now it's really tight for my thickboy legs.DFL and DTF :D:D:D:D

all 4 of us at the farm share one small office (where i have the real-est desk), so since we stopped allowing the public in the house, i moved out to a table in the common room for a bit of distancing, and now my shit just covers every table in the common room and expands further every dayThat may be my favorite DQ of all time - nerdo
