i was readin' in the globe today that they had these dudes testin' out burritos and anna's came in second to bolocco (or however ya spell it). i haven't had theirs. i haven't eaten aanna's for awhile either. used to be i'd eat about 4 or 5 a week. they gave suck to qdoba. though when they were free they weren't bad. but is bolocco really all dat?

boloco is alright, their buffalo chicken is pretty sweet, but i don't think it compares to some of the other places around. namely E.P.sports!

When I went, I was looking at the smoothies list, and they looked awesome, but it was either food or drink in that case, and I chose food.

Rob Gigantic:Boloco is really just The Wrap (remember that place?). They re-branded.

"The Wrap" was taken in some states when they decided to expand nationally. So they instead chose "Boloco", which stands for "BOston LOcal COmpany". which makes even less sense given that they swapped to that name in order to expand outside of Massachusetts.

also, if you really want a good burrito, try Picante's on Mass Ave near Central Sq.~(..,)~ (oYo) make whoopee not war (oYo) ~(..,)~

boloco barely even counts as a burrito, it is stupid as fuck and it is ridiculous that it could beat anyone at anything. they suck so bad they have broken free of the fucking suck continuum and can't even win at being the worst. whoever claimed they have the best burritos in boston should be forced to receive a fucking hot sauce enema.

boloco has a PB&J wrap for like $1...that's the only thing i've had there.(moscow)

I'm surprised that Boloco won anything based on taste BUT they are cool because they offer whole wheat wraps, organic tofu, and other more inspired burritos than just the basics... That being said, I prefer Anna's for flava.

PS. One of my friends was one of the tasters for that Battle of the Burritos-- and apparently spent the whole night sick afterward. Who should we blame?

fillipes in harvard square.
THE BOMB.

That and all of los angeles. Not so much mexico though, last time i went to mexico they were making me a quesodilla and they too the cows skinned head, fresh as hell, and put it on the grill, and the smell of burning flesh is awful.bake em' away, toys
15.
Hmm. Fresh ingredients are very, very good.

When they slapped the cow's melon on the grill was it a moment of triumph, like we cooked you, motherfucker, now go be with your ass on the grill!? Or was it because they were going to eat the head?Jockin' Mike D. to my dismay!

Peet's does an espresso grind of the day, right? So it's not always a true espresso? Or am I wrong...

What? no. any coffee can be an espresso. we have true espresso. I don't wanna be an asshole, but we have damn good espresso. And we aren't partners, we are employees, somtimes refered to as peetniks. thats starbucks that has partners. I worked there for years, im a damned authority on stupid coffee stuff.

^ Lisa Hizzicks.

Yeah, it's a nice change that Peet's does that with the espresso drinks. I'm into Starbucks, but the espresso can be a bit too strong tasting for the time of day. I'll most likely see you around, I think you've already rang me up in there once.Jockin' Mike D. to my dismay!
